The Benefits Administration Module delivers advanced automation for all of your employee benefit plans. It is fully integrated with the PSG Suite. This module defines and manages all plans through detailed benefit definition and calculation tables. Examples include health insurance, spending accounts, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, life, LTD, STD, COBRA, dependent, and user defined plans.

As with all modules, the Benefits Administration Module incorporates the fully integrated and visual report painter, user-controlled screen painter, multilevel Gatekeeper security, flexible import and export, detailed on-line help, and table driven calculations and processing.

Integration

PSG’s Suite is fully integrated throughout all modules and with the payroll. This means that as data changes in the HR system (such as compensation) it is automatically exchanged with the Benefit’s module and passed on to payroll through the Interface Module. The standard report painter, import/export, screen painter, and security functions, are all dynamically linked together into a single, consistent system.
