Applicant Tracking

The Applicant Tracking Module brings the same advanced design to this key function as in the rest of the HR Suite. It manages unlimited applicants, provides for archiving old records, and manages both external and internal applicants. It is fully integrated with the HR Module to save time, eliminate duplicate entry for new hires and to monitor job postings automatically. All processing is on line at your fingertips. One button transfer of new hires to HR and resume scanning and display (option) are provided.

Position Control

The Position Control Module models and manages an organization’s position structure. It manages all positions and information related to those positions in a separate database (Positions). It is fully integrated with and maintains automated links to the Employee Database. Position assignments, FTE’s, education and skill requirements, requisitions, incumbent history, reporting relationships, and budgeting information are just a sampling of the data maintained about a position. As with other databases, you can add new screens and fields to meet your own unique needs, without programming or costs.

Job Evaluation

The Job Evaluation Module provides detailed and flexible support to the Job Evaluation function. Designed to be a part of your overall employee database, the module is capable of managing an unlimited number of jobs and a huge volume of information. Through advanced integration, you have instant access to other modules, full on-line history, flexible report writing, links to and from other systems, and the ability to expand the database to meet new requirements – without programming!

Accruals

The Time Off Accruals Module is available for those companies that want the HR system to compute the earned time off for sick, vacation, personal days, etc. This process is often manual and time consuming. The accurate automation of accrual rules reduces paperwork, errors, work time and money. The calculated accruals will always be available for on line review and reporting and can be passed to payroll if appropriate.
