PSG’s Training and Development
system is advanced computer software for the
administration of all Training and Development activities. SPARQ Training will
operate independently, operate as an integrated component of PSG’s HR suite,
or operate with links to an external HR system. SPARQ Training handles all of
your student education, scheduling, reporting and development activities. The
system includes an integrated and visual report painter, expansion tools, and
automated data exchange. It has multiple security levels, on-line help, and other advanced features.
The on-line course and activity Catalog maintains your
education and training courses, development activities, videos, films,
conferences, seminars, and other training related events. The Catalog integrates
with the student and class enrollment process to dramatically reduce data entry
and provide truly automated T&D support. In addition, other databases manage
your instructors, facilities, vendors, development plans, curriculums and
program managers.
